Our AI Services operate on a token-based usage model for features such as text-to-speech conversions, voice generation, and animations. All digital products, including voice profiles and animations, are delivered electronically to your registered email address or platform account. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided are accurate and up-to-date. We strive to meet estimated delivery timelines but cannot guarantee them.
By submitting content through our platform, users grant Livitpay Ltd a perpetual, global, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute this content to provide and improve our AI Services. You affirm that all user-submitted content is original or that you possess all necessary rights to grant this license.
Users must refrain from unauthorized activities including, but not limited to, distributing harmful software, attempting platform security breaches, conducting fraudulent transactions, or any form of spam. Violations will result in immediate termination of access.
Users agree to indemnify and defend Livitpay Ltd against all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages arising directly or indirectly from misuse of the AI Services, violations of this Agreement, or infringement upon third-party rights.
The AI Services are provided without warranty and on an “as-is” basis. We expressly disclaim responsibility for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages incurred from using our services.
We retain the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate the terms of this Agreement or pose a risk to the integrity of our services or other users.
Our platform may link to third-party websites or resources. We disclaim any responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of these external sites.
This Agreement is governed by laws in the jurisdiction of Livitpay Ltd's official registration. All disputes must initially be resolved amicably. Unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. This document comprises the entire understanding and supersedes any prior agreements concerning your use of our AI Services.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with amendments clearly communicated on our platform. Continued use after amendments indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
